<p>Over a period of time we will post useful information including a  number of Ski and Yoga Demonstration Videos here.  Learning to speak  the language of any art or sport is a great start, we don’t need to be  experts at anything. So let the lessons begin, check out our videos, run  it through a few  times. The great sports people and artists always practice  with their  mind first, and then attempt to do the actual physical  activity.  This  is another way of being ‘Mindful.&#8217;</p>
