Over a period of time we will post useful information including a number of Ski and Yoga Demonstration Videos here. Learning to speak the language of any art or sport is a great start, we don’t need to be experts at anything. So let the lessons begin, check out our videos, run it through a few times. The great sports people and artists always practice with their mind first, and then attempt to do the actual physical activity. This is another way of being ‘Mindful.’

Indian Sadhu

Here’s a fascinating picture of an Indian Sadhu in rather unusual position. It shows how with a little effort and dedication we can achieve incredible things.

First: we need to decide that what we want is possible.

Second: Then set about to achieve those results.

Thirdly: It requires just one more thing, and that is common to all things, it’s rather simple.

All it requires is the ability to stick to the task, this is THE missing element. Without this final step it will always be virtually impossible to reach the goal.
