Julie has explored and practiced Yoga for more than 25 years. This lifelong passion has led her to teach the subject with an enthusiasm and freshness gained from an ongoing dedication to personal practice and the study of Yoga.

The last 5 years have seen Julie complete yoga Teacher Training in the Iyengar Method with Peter Scott (Yoga Jivana).  Peter is one of Australia’s most experienced & senior Yoga teacher trainers of the Iyengar Yoga method.

What Julie’s Yoga sessions will offer those at Ski Yoga Magic is a great start to their Skiing day.   Yoga  Asana’s (poses) will focus on building strength, mental clarity, and lightness of body, thus enabling all to make the most of their snow time.

The morning sessions are focused on getting you to awaken and vitalise all of your bodily systems, a great way to start your Skiing day.  The afternoon sessions will restore and revitalise, mentally, physically and emotionally plus deal with any stains, tightness, or contraction in overused muscles, offering a better platform from which to begin again.

The requirements for Yoga practice are simply, comfortable clothing in which you can stretch, an empty tummy, hour and half after light snack, 4 hours after meal, and an open heart & mind.
